These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Billinator, a multi-tenant GST billing, inventory, and business management application developed and operated by Medhā Labs ("Medhā Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering for or using Billinator, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Billinator provides GST-compliant invoicing, inventory management, CRM, expenses, accounting, employee and payroll records, projects, helpdesk, subscriptions, point-of-sale, reporting, and optional AI-assisted features. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the product evolves.
New accounts start with a 30-day trial with full access to all features. After the trial, your account continues on the Free plan (with usage limits) unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Plan pricing and features are listed on our pricing page and may change over time; we will provide reasonable advance notice before any pricing change takes effect for existing subscribers.
You agree not to:
Billinator is a tool to help you generate invoices, track inventory, and produce reports. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your GST filings, invoices, and financial records, and for compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. We recommend having your accountant or tax advisor review your GST returns before filing.
Optional AI features (report summaries, suggestions, forecasts, and similar) are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or business advice, and you should independently verify any AI-generated output before relying on it.
Billinator, including its software, design, and branding, is proprietary to Medhā Labs. Your business data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the invoices, records, or content you create using the service.
Billinator integrates with third-party services such as Google Sign-In and, where configured, email (SMTP) delivery. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
You may stop using Billinator and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or engage in unlawful activity, with notice where reasonably practicable.
Billinator is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medhā Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, Billinator, including errors in GST filings or financial records resulting from data you entered.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Billinator shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Billinator after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to Medhā Labs at support@billinator.in or via medhalabs.in.
